How do you decide what my business actually needs?
We start from the symptom, not a service list. A thirty-minute call, a look at your current site and where enquiries come from today, and then a straight answer about what is causing the problem. Sometimes that answer is three specific fixes rather than a rebuild, and sometimes it is that you do not need us at all.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. We are based in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh and work with clients across India and internationally. Delivery is remote — calls, shared documents, and WhatsApp for day-to-day updates. Local search is the one area where your location changes the strategy, and we handle that for any market.
What does it cost?
It depends entirely on what is wrong, so we quote per project rather than publishing a price list that would mislead you. What we can promise is a written scope with a fixed price and timeline before any work starts, and that no invoice will ever arrive for something you did not approve.
Do I own the code and the accounts?
Yes, entirely. Source code, hosting, domain, Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Business Profile are created in your name or transferred to you at handover. You can take the project to another team at any point without asking our permission.
Can you set up WhatsApp Business API for my business?
Yes. We handle Meta Business Manager setup, business verification documentation, display name approval, message template submission, and the integration into your website or CRM. The most common cause of rejection is a mismatch between your website details and your registration documents, so we check and fix that before submitting anything.
What happens after the work is delivered?
You get a written handover covering how everything works, where it is hosted, and who to contact. Thirty days of bug-fix support is included with every build. Anything ongoing is a separate engagement you can start or stop with notice — it is never bundled in silently or auto-renewed.
