01 · The problem
A website that looks like the business you actually are.
Design is the work we are known for and the work most of our clients come for. Not a theme with your logo dropped into it — a site drawn around your business, your customers and the one action you need a visitor to take.
You probably recognise at least one of these
If two or more of these describe your situation, this is the right page.
- Your site looks like a hundred others, because it started as the same template.
- It does not represent the quality of work you actually do.
- It looks acceptable on a laptop and falls apart on a phone.
- You have no idea whether your contact form has ever delivered an email.
- Visitors arrive, look at one page, and leave.
- You cannot update anything yourself without paying someone.
The fix
How we design and build
Understand the business before drawing anything
Who buys from you, what they compare you against, and what has to happen on the page for them to get in touch. A site for an industrial manufacturer and one for a clinic are different problems, and they should not start from the same layout.
Design it properly — type, colour, layout, motion
A considered typeface pairing, a palette built for your brand rather than picked from a template, real spacing decisions, and motion used where it helps rather than everywhere it can. This is the part clients notice and the part templates cannot give you.
Build it by hand, not assemble it
No purchased theme, no page builder bloat. Hand-written HTML and CSS means the page carries what it needs and nothing else, which is why our builds load in well under two seconds on a 4G phone.
Test the things that actually break
Four breakpoints on real devices, Core Web Vitals, every form submitted and watched arriving, a broken-link sweep, and accessibility basics — labels, contrast, keyboard navigation, visible focus.
Hand it over completely
Code, hosting, domain and every account in your name, a written handover document, and thirty days of bug-fix support. You can walk away with all of it at any point.
Deliverables

- Google Analytics 4 and Search Console set up in your own account
- Accessibility basics: labels, contrast, keyboard navigation, visible focus
- A written handover document, and 30 days of bug-fix support
- Full ownership of code, hosting and every account
Questions
Before you ask us.
Do you use templates or page builders?
No. Every site we deliver is designed for that client and written by hand. Templates are why so many small-business sites look identical and load slowly — the builder ships code for every feature it supports, whether your page uses it or not.
How long does a website take?
A designed brochure site of five to eight pages typically takes three to four weeks once we have your content. Larger builds are quoted with a written timeline before starting. The usual cause of delay is waiting on content and approvals, which is why the scope document names who is responsible for what.
How many design revisions do I get?
Two rounds per major deliverable are included as standard, and they are real rounds — not one tweak. Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted in writing before we do it, so no invoice arrives for work you did not approve.
Can I update the site myself afterwards?
Yes. We set up whatever editing approach fits how you actually work — a lightweight CMS if you publish often, or a simple content file if you change a price twice a year. We show you how at handover.
What if I only need a redesign of what I have?
Then that is what we quote. We will audit your current site and tell you honestly whether it is worth redesigning on top of or rebuilding underneath. Sometimes three specific fixes will do, and that is a much smaller invoice.
