03 · The problem

People are searching for what you sell. They are finding someone else.

SEO gets sold as a monthly mystery. It is not. It is a sequence of specific, checkable fixes — and if nobody can tell you which fix was made this week and why, you are paying for a report rather than for work.

You probably recognise at least one of these

If two or more of these describe your situation, this is the right page.

  • You do not appear when you search your own service plus your city.
  • Your competitor shows up in the map results and you do not.
  • An agency sends you a monthly report full of graphs and no enquiries.
  • You get traffic, but none of it turns into a customer.
  • Nobody has ever told you what is technically wrong with your site.

The fix

What we actually do about it

Audit before advice

We start by finding what caps your ceiling: what Google can and cannot crawl, duplicate versions of your site competing with each other, missing or identical titles, broken pages linked from your own navigation, and how your Core Web Vitals actually score. You get the list, ranked, with the reasoning.

Fix the technical floor first

There is no point publishing content to a site Google struggles to read. Crawlability, indexation, canonical tags, redirects, page speed — these get sorted before anything else, because everything after them depends on them.

Build the pages that match intent

One clear topic per page, headings that describe the content, internal links that pass authority to the pages that earn money, and schema markup so you are eligible for rich results.

Own your local presence

For most Indian businesses the local three-pack is worth more than a national ranking, because the intent behind a local search is far closer to buying. Google Business Profile optimisation, category selection, review strategy, and consistent business details across the web.

Deliverables

What you get

Everything below is written into your scope document before work starts, so there is no argument later about what was included.

Talk about this

  • A full technical audit with a prioritised, plain-language fix list
  • Crawlability, indexation and duplicate-content resolution
  • Unique title tags and meta descriptions on every page
  • Heading structure and internal linking rebuilt
  • Schema markup: Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Breadcrumb
  • robots.txt and an XML sitemap that stays current
  • Core Web Vitals work: LCP, CLS and INP
  • Google Business Profile optimisation and a local strategy
  • Keyword research mapped to real commercial intent, not search volume alone
  • Monthly reporting on rankings, traffic and — the number that matters — enquiries

Questions

Before you ask us.

How long before I see results?

Technical fixes show up in Search Console within two to four weeks. Movement on competitive commercial keywords realistically takes three to six months. Local pack placement often moves faster than either. Anyone promising you page one in thirty days is selling something we would not.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and nobody honestly can — Google controls its own algorithm and changes it without notice. What we guarantee is the work in your scope document: the specific technical and on-page changes, delivered and verifiable. If an agency puts a ranking guarantee in writing, ask what happens when they miss it.

Is local SEO different from regular SEO?

The technical foundation is the same, but local adds a whole layer: Google Business Profile, category and service-area configuration, review velocity, and consistent name-address-phone details everywhere you appear online. For a business serving one city, that layer usually matters more than anything else.

What if my site is too broken to rank?

Then we tell you that before you commit to a monthly retainer. Sometimes the honest answer is that a rebuild costs less than eighteen months of SEO fighting the site itself.
